Welcome to NjangiBiz. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the NjangiBiz mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using NjangiBiz, you agree to:

• Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect the rights and safety of other users

1. Scope

• The NjangiBiz mobile application (Android and iOS)
• All services, features, and communications provided through the app

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NjangiBiz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use NjangiBiz
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You must use the Service only for lawful purposes

4. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account
• NjangiBiz may suspend accounts with false, misleading, or incomplete information

5. Marketplace Use

• Users may post products or services in accordance with platform rules
• Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading
• Users are solely responsible for the content they publish
• NjangiBiz may remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law

6. Transactions Between Users

NjangiBiz provides a platform to connect users, but does not become a party to transactions between users unless expressly stated.

• Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying details before completing a transaction
• Users are responsible for honoring commitments made through the platform
• NjangiBiz is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from user transactions

7. Payments and Fees

Certain services may be subject to charges, commissions, or transaction fees.

• Applicable fees will be disclosed before confirmation
• Users agree to pay all charges related to their use of paid services
• NjangiBiz may update fees at any time with reasonable notice

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, fraudulent, illegal, or misleading content
• Impersonating another person or business
• Using the app to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or operation
• Uploading harmful code, viruses, or malicious content

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, branding, logos, text, designs, and software related to NjangiBiz remain the property of NjangiBiz or its licensors.

• Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform content without authorization
• Users retain ownership of content they upload, but grant NjangiBiz a limited right to display and use it for operating the Service

10. Suspension and Termination

• NjangiBiz may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms
• NjangiBiz may remove content that is unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with platform policies
• Users may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion where available

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NjangiBiz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• NjangiBiz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• NjangiBiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• NjangiBiz is not responsible for user-generated content or third-party actions

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service will be subject to the competent courts of Cameroon, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

NjangiBiz may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If changes are made, the updated content will be presented to users within the app. Continued use of the Service after acceptance of the updated Terms will constitute agreement to the revised version.
